Fill your freezer with premium steaks, hearty roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts like brisket for your friends and family! For this product, we will provide a standard, butcher's choice variety of cuts, or you can select your choice of meat cuts available from the animal. (See cut card below)
Typically, 1/2 of your meat will be ground and stew, 1/4 will be roasts (chuck, shoulder, rump, sirloin tip etc.) and 1/4 will be steaks (sirloin, prime / rib, T-bone, filet mignon, tenderloin etc.)
After deposit is paid for a share, you will receive a conditional bill of sale for the animal. After final weight is determined, remainder of balance will be charged to card on file. Balance must be paid in full before beef will be delivered.
Price is for whole share of live animal with processing and delivery included. Your beef will dry age for 14-21 days before processing. Orders are ready about 4 weeks after initial processing date. We will reach out to you to arrange delivery.
